[19] BILLING & CREDITS

Billing & Credits

One credit is one dollar. No exchange rate, no token maths, no packs that expire — you top up in dollars and you spend in dollars.

Credits pay for AI generations and nothing else. The plugin, the toolkit and Cloud are free, and MCP workflows run on your own agent plan (Claude Code, Cursor) — we never bill for those.

Where your balance is

In TouchDesigner The user chip in Cloud shows your balance after login. In the ZOPs panel every model carries its own estimated price.
On the web app.twozero.ai/billing — balance, top-up, payment method.
Every single charge app.twozero.ai/billing/activity — the journal: each generation, each top-up, each refund, with the amount and the date.

Topping up

Minimum $5, maximum $500 in one payment. Two ways to pay:

  • Card — checkout opens in a new tab; credits land on your balance as soon as the payment clears.
  • USDT — on Ethereum or Base, from a web3 wallet in your browser. The amount is credited at its USD value at the moment the transfer confirms on-chain.

Both land on the same balance and spend the same way.

Volume bonus

Bigger top-ups carry a bonus. PRO adds +5% on top of any top-up, including the tiers below.

Top up $25 +$1 — you get $26
Top up $50 +$3 — you get $53
Top up $100 +$8 — you get $108
Top up $250 +$25 — you get $275
Top up $500 +$75 — you get $575

Three kinds of credits

Your balance can hold three kinds. They spend identically; the difference shows up when a subscription ends.

Included The $10 that comes with PRO each month. Spent first, expire at the end of every monthly period, no cash value, never refunded.
Bonus Added on top of a purchase — the volume bonus and the PRO percentage. No expiry, no cash value; cancelled if the purchase that produced them is refunded.
Purchased Credits you paid for. No expiry. Refundable while unused.

Order of use: Included first, then Bonus, then Purchased. Your paid balance survives for as long as the monthly allowance covers what you do.

What a generation costs

The price is shown before you create — in the ZOPs panel next to each model, and in the ZOP's top bar as ~$X.XX. After the run the actual charge appears in the bottom bar.

The tilde is honest. For most models the catalogue price is exactly what you pay, but some charge by what you asked for — video length and resolution, for example — so the final amount is computed from your real inputs when the job runs.

Failed generations are not charged. If a job fails for a technical reason, including a failure at the model provider, the credits go back to the wallet they came from.

Refunds

Unused Purchased Credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent cannot. Crypto purchases are refunded as credits, not as cryptocurrency. Bonus and Included Credits have no cash value and are not refunded.

Notes

  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
  • A charge is final once the operation has run.
  • One balance covers everything: ZOPs in TouchDesigner and generations on the web draw from the same place.
