PRO is not a gate on the product. The plugin, MCP, Cloud and pay-per-use generations all work without it. PRO is the economics for people who build a lot — plus the tool library.

Cancelling

Cancel in your account settings at app.twozero.ai/settings — Manage subscription opens the billing portal, where you can cancel, resume, or change the card. No email to support, no waiting.

PRO stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Purchased and Bonus Credits remain yours. Included Credits are forfeited the moment the subscription ends — they have no cash value and never roll over.

Switching between monthly and yearly is prorated for the rest of the current period, and unused Included Credits are forfeited at the switch. Leaving the founding plan ends the founding price permanently; it cannot be restored.

What happens to your files

Nothing is deleted when PRO ends. Your Cloud quota drops back to 100 MB, and if you are over it your Cloud becomes read-only: everything already there stays available and can be downloaded, but new uploads and new versions are blocked until you free up space.

Tools sold separately

Some 404.zero tools — ZERROR, for example — are sold on 404zero.com as one-time purchases. They are not bought with credits and are not part of PRO. The tools inside TWOZERO are the ones PRO opens; see Tools.
