Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TWOZERO (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TWOZERO and all related services. These Terms are an agreement between you and SETUP DESIGN DMCC, a Free Zone Company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (license No. DMCC-864530), DMCC Business Centre, Level No 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Unit No: 2525, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates TWOZERO ("we", "us", "our").

TWOZERO is a creative layer for TouchDesigner providing AI-assisted creative production tools, cloud components, and a library of ready-made TouchDesigner components. The TouchDesigner plugin and its MCP (Model Context Protocol) server are free. You pay for generations and other paid AI operations with credits, and a PRO subscription opens the component library and other PRO features.

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Service Overview

TWOZERO consists of the following components, collectively referred to as the "Service":

TWOZERO plugin (twozero.tox): a free TouchDesigner plugin. It contains TWOZERO MCP, gives access to HUB, and adds ZOPs (Zero Operators): operators you place in a TouchDesigner project to start generations and other paid AI operations.
TWOZERO MCP: a Model Context Protocol server inside the plugin. Your own AI agent (such as Claude Code) works through it in a live TouchDesigner session and builds patches, components and project structures from natural language descriptions.
TWOZERO APP (app.twozero.ai): web application for generating images, video, audio and 3D models with AI models, with a private workspace and curated public feed.
TWOZERO HUB: storage for your TouchDesigner components, accessible via the twozero.tox plugin. HUB Local keeps them on your disk; HUB Cloud keeps them in the cloud, with versions and sharing.
TWOZERO Rudiments: a library of production-ready TouchDesigner components and tools (such as ZERROR) that we prepare and publish at twozero.ai/rudiments. Most of them open with a PRO subscription, and some are free. They are not sold one at a time and are not purchased with Credits.

Generations and other paid AI operations are paid from a single credit balance, wherever you start them. Access to the plugin, MCP, HUB and Rudiments is not paid with credits.

2.2 Content System

TWOZERO operates a multi-tier content architecture depending on the component used:

Private Workspace

Content you generate in TWOZERO APP and the output of ZOPs that run on our servers are stored in your private workspace. Components you keep in HUB Cloud are stored in our cloud storage, and HUB Local keeps them on your disk. Outputs your agent builds through MCP stay in your local environment
Private content is visible only to you, unless you share it
You retain full control over your private content
We do not actively monitor private content
You are solely responsible for your private content and its compliance with applicable laws

Curated Public Feed

Our team selects and publishes all new content on the public feed. You cannot currently submit content to it yourself. Posts that users submitted before August 2026 may still appear (Section 8.5)
We may remove any content from the feed at our sole discretion
Published content must comply with our Content Publication Standards (Section 6)

Local Environment (MCP and Rudiments)

When using TWOZERO MCP, or a Rudiment inside your own TouchDesigner project, outputs (patches, code, project files) are generated in your local TouchDesigner environment
We do not access, store, or monitor locally generated outputs
ZOPs that generate images, video, audio or 3D models are not local: they run on our servers, including when your agent starts them through MCP, and their outputs are stored in your private workspace
Text ZOPs send your prompts from your machine directly to OpenRouter. We do not store those prompts or their outputs
You are solely responsible for content created in your local environment

2.3 Service Nature

TWOZERO is a creative layer for TouchDesigner. We provide AI-assisted creative tools, cloud components, and a library of ready-made TouchDesigner components as a service. We are not:

A content marketplace or distribution platform
A creator monetization platform
A platform enabling user-to-user content sales or tipping

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old. If you create an account, you must also:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Unified Credit Balance

TWOZERO uses a single credit balance ("Credits") across the Service. Your balance may contain more than one kind of credit, as described in Section 4.3. Credits are consumed when you run a paid AI operation, such as:

Generating images, video, audio or 3D models in TWOZERO APP
Generating through ZOPs in the TouchDesigner plugin

The plugin and MCP are free to install and use. HUB storage and access to Rudiments are not paid with credits. Credits are spent only on paid AI operations, wherever you start them: in TWOZERO APP, through ZOPs in the plugin, or by your AI agent through MCP.

Credit costs vary by model and operation. Before you run an operation, we show its cost or an estimate. For some models the final cost depends on your actual inputs, such as video length or resolution. Plans, top-ups and bonuses are listed at twozero.ai/pricing.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits are purchased in advance (prepaid) and added to your account balance
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. You can also pay in USDT on Ethereum or Base from a wallet you connect in the top-up window. You then sign a message with that wallet to show the payment is yours. Signing does not move any funds. We add credits once the transfer is confirmed on-chain. A transfer made any other way, for example from an exchange account, is not credited automatically. If that happens, write to hello@twozero.ai with the transaction hash
For USDT payments, each USDT received is added to your balance as 1 US dollar of Purchased Credits

4.3 Types of Credits

Your balance may contain three kinds of credits. They behave differently, and the difference matters most when a subscription ends.

Purchased Credits are credits you paid for. They do not expire.
Bonus Credits are credits we add on top of a purchase, including top-up bonuses and the additional percentage for PRO subscribers. They do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. If the purchase that generated them is refunded, the corresponding Bonus Credits are canceled.
Included Credits are the credits included with a PRO subscription each month. They expire at the end of each monthly period and do not roll over. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not refundable. They are forfeited when your PRO benefits end (Section 4.6). For the 14-day refund of a first PRO payment, each Included Credit used counts as 1 US dollar (Section 4.7).

Order of use. Included Credits are used first, then Bonus Credits, then Purchased Credits. This means your paid balance is preserved for as long as your monthly allowance covers your usage.

Credits cannot be transferred between accounts. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except that unused Purchased Credits may be refunded under Sections 4.7 and 13
Credits spent on an operation that completes are not returned. If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits return to your balance as described in Section 9

4.4 Rudiments and the PRO Library

Rudiments (such as ZERROR) are the TouchDesigner components and tools we publish in the TWOZERO library. Most of them open with an active PRO subscription, and some are free. There is no per-item price: Rudiments are not sold one at a time, and no Credits are spent to obtain one.

What you receive is a license, not a sale of the component. You may use a Rudiment in your own personal or professional work, including commercial projects and work delivered to clients. You may not redistribute it or pass it on as a component or product of your own; the restrictions in Section 5.6 apply.

Client projects. You may deliver a project that contains a Rudiment to your client, for use in that project only. The client may not extract the Rudiment or use it elsewhere.

When PRO ends. PRO Rudiments you took while your subscription was active stay licensed to you for the projects you used them in, also after the subscription ends. After it ends, you may not use PRO Rudiments in new projects, and you get no updates. Free Rudiments are not affected.

Some Rudiments include third-party code or models. Those parts stay under their own licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licenses give you.

4.5 Pricing Changes

The credit cost of each operation follows our model providers' prices and can change at any time. Before you run an operation, we show its cost or an estimate. Where the cost is marked as an estimate, we charge the cost computed from your actual inputs.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We email you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased. The founding subscription price is an exception to this section and is described in Section 4.6.

4.6 Subscriptions

Plans. TWOZERO PRO is available as a monthly plan at $19 per month or an annual plan at $180 per year. A founding plan at $12 per month was available to founding subscribers and is now closed to new subscribers.

What PRO includes. An active PRO subscription provides: $10 of Included Credits each month; access to the full library of Rudiments (Section 4.4); 10 GB of HUB Cloud storage; an additional 5% bonus on credit top-ups; and early access to new Rudiments and builds.

Prices and tax. Prices are stated exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for those transactions; Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the payment itself.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel. The monthly plan renews every month; the annual plan renews every year.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Until the end of the paid period you can resume the subscription from your account settings. Your PRO access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated or refunded for the unused part of that period, except for the 14-day refund of a first subscription payment (see Section 4.7 and our Refund Policy) and the refund in Section 13.3 when we terminate your account.

Changing plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing of PRO in the billing portal, which you open from your account settings, or by writing to hello@twozero.ai. Charges are prorated for the remainder of the current period. Switching does not change your Included Credits: your current monthly allowance and its dates continue. Switching away from the founding plan ends the founding price permanently; it cannot be restored.

Pausing. You can pause payments in the billing portal. PRO stays on until the end of the time you have already paid for, and then switches off until you resume. When PRO switches off, your remaining Included Credits are forfeited (Section 4.3). You resume payments in the billing portal, and the subscription continues on the same plan and price.

Founding price. The founding price of $12 per month stays with your founding subscription until the subscription ends. Pausing payments does not end it, and neither does a failed payment that you fix before the subscription expires. It ends when a canceled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, when the subscription expires for non-payment, or when you change to another plan. If you resume a canceled founding subscription before its paid period ends, the founding price continues. Until your founding subscription ends, we will not raise its price.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to collect again and notify you. PRO access continues during that period. If every attempt fails, PRO benefits end and your remaining Included Credits are forfeited. If you then update your payment method before the subscription expires, the payment is tried again. When it succeeds, PRO returns on the same subscription, plan and price. Otherwise the subscription expires.

4.7 Refunds Within 14 Days and Right of Withdrawal

First subscription payment. Within 14 days of the first payment for your PRO subscription, you may ask us to refund that payment, wherever you live. This refund is available once per account. If you have used Included Credits that came with it, we deduct 1 US dollar from the refund for each Included Credit used. When we refund the first payment, we cancel the subscription: PRO access and any remaining Included Credits end on the day of the refund, and you are not charged again. Renewal payments, monthly or annual, are not refunded.

Credits. Within 14 days of a credit top-up, you may ask us to refund the part of it you have not spent. If you have already spent Bonus Credits from that top-up, we deduct their value from the refund.

USDT payments. Refunds of USDT payments are sent in USDT to the wallet the payment came from, on the same network, minus the network fee unless consumer law where you live requires us to cover it. This applies to the 14-day refund of a top-up and to the refund of Purchased Credits when your account is closed (Section 13).

EU and UK consumers. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, email hello@twozero.ai with a clear statement that you withdraw. At checkout you ask us to start right away. For credits, you also acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. For PRO, if you withdraw after the subscription has started, you pay for the part of the period already provided. We apply our 14-day refunds or this rule, whichever gives you more.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 General Prohibitions

You agree NOT to use any part of the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Spam, harass, or harm others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our systems or APIs
Resell access, share account credentials, or redistribute licenses without authorization
Circumvent or disable any content filtering, rate limiting, or safety measures
Use automated systems to make excessive or abusive requests to the Service
Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in patterns designed to abuse the credit system

5.2 MCP and Code Generation

When using TWOZERO MCP or any code generation features, you additionally agree NOT to:

Generate code intended to cause harm, exploit vulnerabilities, or create malicious software
Use generated patches or components to circumvent software licensing or copy protection
Redistribute generated components or patches as your own product or service in competition with TWOZERO
Share your account credentials or your access key with unauthorized third parties

5.3 Human Likeness and Identity Protections

When using TWOZERO APP or any visual content generation features, you specifically agree NOT to:

Generate realistic depictions of identifiable real persons without their explicit, documented consent
Create deepfakes, face swaps, or synthetic media that impersonates real individuals
Generate intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent
Generate sexually explicit content in any generation, private or public
Create content that places real individuals in false, defamatory, or compromising contexts
Generate voice clones or audio impersonations of real persons without consent
Use reference images of real people to create derivative content without their permission

Consent Requirements:

If you generate content depicting a specific, identifiable real person, you represent and warrant that:

You have obtained explicit written consent from that individual
The consent covers the specific type of content being generated
You will retain proof of consent and provide it upon our request
The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

5.4 Minor Protection

The following are strictly prohibited without exception:

Any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate content depicting minors
Content that could be used to exploit, groom, or harm minors
Generation of realistic images of identifiable minors without parental/guardian consent

5.5 Additional Prohibited Content

Content promoting terrorism, violence, or illegal activities
Hate speech or content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
Malware, phishing content, or materials designed to deceive
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.6 Rudiments

Rudiments are delivered as open TouchDesigner networks: you are meant to open them, read them, and adapt them inside your own projects. What you agree NOT to do is:

Redistribute, resell, or publish a Rudiment, or a modified version of one, as a component or product of your own
Share, transfer, or sublicense your access, or pass the files of a PRO Rudiment to people who do not have their own subscription, except inside a project delivered to a client under Section 4.4
Use a PRO Rudiment in a new project after your subscription has ended, or otherwise get around the subscription that opens it (Section 4.4)

5.7 Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Review content and usage patterns for compliance with these Terms
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (Section 13 explains what happens to your credits and your subscription)
Report illegal content or activity to appropriate authorities
Implement automated content filtering, rate limiting, and moderation systems
Remove access to the Rudiments library for serious or repeated violations of Section 5.6. If we do, we cancel your PRO subscription so you are not charged again

6. Content Moderation

6.1 Private Content

For content in your Private Workspace (APP and ZOPs) or local environment (MCP, Rudiments):

We apply content safety filters at the creation stage in TWOZERO APP and in ZOPs that run on our servers
Automated systems may block certain prohibited prompts
We do not actively monitor or review private content
For MCP and Rudiments, outputs are generated locally and are not monitored by us
You are solely responsible for your private and locally generated content

You acknowledge that all generated content is your responsibility to manage, review, and if necessary, delete.

6.2 Curated Public Feed

The TWOZERO APP public feed is fully curated:

Our team selects and publishes all new content on the feed
Users cannot currently submit content to the feed
Posts that users submitted before August 2026 may still appear on the feed (Section 8.5)
We may remove any content from the feed. If we remove content you uploaded or submitted, we tell you why and how to appeal (Acceptable Use Policy, Section 8.3)
The public feed is not an open platform; it is an editorially curated selection

Content Publication Standards (for public feed):

No prohibited content as defined in Section 5
No sexually explicit or NSFW content
No hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material
No content depicting violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
No content that could be used for harassment or harm
No unauthorized depictions of real individuals

6.3 AI-Generated Content Labeling

Content created in TWOZERO APP and in ZOPs that run on our servers:

Is marked with metadata identifying it as AI-generated where technically feasible
Should be disclosed as AI-generated when shared publicly by users
May contain invisible watermarks for provenance tracking

TouchDesigner patches and code your agent builds through MCP are created locally and are not watermarked or labeled by us. ZOPs your agent starts through MCP are covered by the list above. You are responsible for disclosing the use of AI-generated code where required.

6.4 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your use of all Service components complies with all applicable laws
Obtaining necessary consents before generating content depicting real individuals
Properly disclosing AI-generated content when required by law or platform policies
Not removing or altering AI-generation metadata or watermarks on content generated in TWOZERO APP and in ZOPs that run on our servers
Reviewing all generated outputs (visual content, code, patches) before use in production
Ensuring MCP-generated patches and code are tested and safe before deployment

7. Content Disclaimer

7.1 Tool Provider Status

TWOZERO provides creative production tools with integrated content safety systems where applicable. We are not a publisher or distributor of user-created content in private workspaces or local environments.

For private and locally generated content:

We do not monitor individual generation or MCP requests
We are not responsible for content users create privately or locally
Users bear full responsibility for their private creations and locally generated code

7.2 Output Quality and Limitations

Service outputs may be:

Inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for certain purposes
Subject to the limitations of underlying AI models
In the case of MCP-generated code: potentially non-functional, requiring debugging, or incompatible with specific TouchDesigner versions

We do not guarantee:

Specific output quality, accuracy, or functionality
Suitability for any particular purpose, including production use
That outputs will not inadvertently resemble copyrighted works or existing code
That MCP-generated patches will function correctly without user review and testing

We encourage users to review and test all generated content and code before use.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts, inputs, and reference materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials uploaded to the Service.

8.2 Generated Content

Generations and other AI outputs are produced by third-party models that we reach through our providers (Privacy Policy, Section 6). We claim no ownership of your outputs, and we pass to you all rights in them to the extent we receive those rights from the model providers. Because those providers set their own terms, we cannot promise rights beyond the ones we ourselves receive.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, this means you may use the outputs generated through your use of the Service (including visual content from APP and ZOPs, text and prompts from our AI features, and any other generated materials) for commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that:

The content was generated in compliance with these Terms
You have obtained any necessary third-party consents
The content does not infringe on others' intellectual property or personality rights

Code and patches that your own AI agent builds through MCP come from your agent's provider, not from us. We claim no ownership of them, and your rights in them depend on your agreement with that provider. Any Rudiments they contain stay under Sections 4.4 and 8.3.

8.3 Our Service

TWOZERO, including its software, MCP server, tools, component libraries, design system, and documentation, remains our exclusive property, except for third-party parts that stay under their own licenses (Section 4.4). Your license to use Rudiments is limited to the personal and professional use described in Section 4.4, which also says what happens to it when your PRO subscription ends.

8.4 AI Output Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content (visual, code, or otherwise) may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected materials
TWOZERO does not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of any generated outputs
You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and code before use to ensure it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
TWOZERO is not liable for any claims arising from the similarity of generated content to existing protected works or code

We recommend conducting appropriate due diligence before using generated content or code commercially.

8.5 Public Content License

If you submitted content to the curated public feed before August 2026, or if you allow us to publish your content there, you grant TWOZERO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our website and in our marketing materials other than emails. We show your content in our emails only if you allow it separately. If you do, this license also covers our emails. You may request removal of published content at any time.

8.6 HUB Cloud

Your content. HUB Cloud lets you store and sync your own components. You keep ownership of everything you upload. We claim no ownership of your content.

License to operate the Service. To provide HUB Cloud, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, back up and reformat your uploaded content, and to display it to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with. This license exists only so that we can run the Service and ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period.

Publishing to Explore. If you choose to publish a component to the public Explore feed, you additionally grant us and other users the right to view, download and use that component through the Service. Withdrawing a component from Explore stops further distribution but does not affect copies already obtained by other users.

Your warranty. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Storage limits. Free accounts include 100 MB of HUB Cloud storage. PRO accounts include 10 GB. We warn you at 80% of your limit. At 100% your HUB Cloud becomes read-only: your existing content stays available and can be downloaded, but new uploads and new versions are blocked until you free up space or upgrade.

We do not delete your content without notice. If storage limits change, or your PRO subscription ends while you are above the free limit, your content is retained and your HUB Cloud becomes read-only. We will contact you before removing anything, and give you a reasonable opportunity to export it.

Closing your account. You can export your HUB Cloud content before closing your account. After closure we delete it, subject to routine backup retention.

9. Refund Policy

For complete details, see our Refund Policy. Key points:

Within 14 days of a credit top-up, you may ask us to refund the part of it you have not spent. If you have already spent Bonus Credits from that top-up, we deduct their value from the refund
Purchased and Bonus Credits do not expire; Included Credits expire at the end of each monthly period (Section 4.3)
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts. Only unused Purchased Credits can be refunded, as described above and in Section 13; Bonus and Included Credits have no cash value
If a generation fails for a technical reason, including a failure at a third-party model provider, the credits return automatically to your balance as the same kind of credit they came from. Included Credits from a monthly period that has already ended are not returned, because they have expired (Section 4.3)
The first payment for a PRO subscription may be refunded within 14 days, once per account, minus 1 US dollar for each Included Credit used. The refund cancels the subscription. Renewal payments are not refunded (Section 4.7)
Included Credits are never refunded and have no cash value
Refunds of USDT payments are sent in USDT to the wallet the payment came from, on the same network, minus the network fee unless consumer law where you live requires us to cover it (Section 4.7)
Apart from the first PRO payment (Section 4.7), we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with output quality

To request a refund, email hello@twozero.ai with the subject "Refund Request", as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
Third-party service disruptions
Force majeure events

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, directly or through Lemon Squeezy, in the 6 months before the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
We are not liable for user-generated content in private workspaces

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee that paid digital content and services conform to the contract.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWOZERO and its affiliates from claims arising from:

Content you generate or upload
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including personality and publicity rights

This applies only to the extent the claim is caused by your breach of these Terms, your breach of the law or your fault.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may close your account at any time. To do so, email hello@twozero.ai from the address on your account. Closing your account cancels your PRO subscription, and you are not charged again. The rest of the paid period is not refunded, except under Section 4.7. When you close your account, we refund the unused value of your Purchased Credits. You can also spend them before you close it. Bonus Credits and Included Credits have no cash value and are not refunded. Refunds of USDT payments follow Section 4.7.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with or without notice depending on severity.

While your account is suspended, your credits stay on your balance and your subscription is not canceled. To cancel it during a suspension, write to hello@twozero.ai.

13.3 Effect of Termination

When your account is closed, by you or by us:

Your account closes, and with it your access to TWOZERO APP, HUB Cloud, the PRO Rudiments library and paid AI operations, including those started through ZOPs or MCP
Your PRO subscription is canceled, and you are not charged again. If we terminate your account other than for fraud, payment abuse or unlawful use, we refund the unused part of your current paid period
We delete your private content in TWOZERO APP and HUB Cloud within 30 days, subject to routine backup retention (Privacy Policy, Section 8.1)
If you close your account, we remove your published content. If we terminate your account, we may keep or remove your published content. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to hello@twozero.ai (Section 8.5)

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can close your account or cancel your subscription before then, and we refund the unused value of your Purchased Credits. If you keep using the Service after the change applies, the new Terms apply to you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. If you are a consumer and the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring or defend a claim in its courts, you keep that right.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are habitually resident.
