1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TWOZERO ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our creative production toolkit and all related services.

TWOZERO is a creative layer for TouchDesigner providing AI-assisted creative production tools, cloud components, and standalone utilities. Users purchase credits to access Service capabilities through our web application, MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, TouchDesigner plugin, and standalone tools.

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Service Overview

TWOZERO consists of the following components, collectively referred to as the "Service":

TWOZERO MCP — AI-assisted creative production engine accessible via Model Context Protocol through compatible LLM clients (such as Claude Code). Generates TouchDesigner patches, components, and project structures from natural language descriptions.
TWOZERO APP (app.twozero.ai) — web application for AI-powered image, video, and audio generation, with a private workspace and curated public feed.
TWOZERO HUB — cloud-based component library and AI Adapters for TouchDesigner, accessible via the twozero.tox plugin.
TWOZERO Tools — standalone TouchDesigner utilities (such as Timeline, Zerror, and Setup) purchased as one-time licenses from your account balance.

All components share a single credit balance. Your credits are consumed when you use any part of the Service.

2.2 Content System

TWOZERO operates a multi-tier content architecture depending on the component used:

Private Workspace

Content generated through TWOZERO APP, MCP, or HUB is stored in your private workspace or local environment
Private content is visible only to you
You retain full control over your private content
We do not actively monitor private content
You are solely responsible for your private content and its compliance with applicable laws

Curated Public Feed

You may optionally submit content from TWOZERO APP for publication on the public feed
All publication requests undergo mandatory review before appearing publicly
The public feed is curated: we review every submission and may reject any content at our sole discretion
Only content that passes our review process will be visible to other users
Published content must comply with our Content Publication Standards (Section 6)

Local Environment (MCP and Tools)

When using TWOZERO MCP or standalone Tools, outputs (patches, code, project files) are generated in your local TouchDesigner environment
We do not access, store, or monitor locally generated outputs
You are solely responsible for content created in your local environment

2.3 Service Nature

TWOZERO is a creative production toolkit. We provide AI-assisted creative tools, cloud components, and standalone utilities as a service. We are not:

A content marketplace or distribution platform
A creator monetization platform
A platform enabling user-to-user content sales or tipping

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Unified Credit Balance

TWOZERO uses a single credit balance ("Credits") for all Service components. Credits are consumed when you:

Generate content through TWOZERO APP (images, video, audio)
Make requests through TWOZERO MCP (patch generation, component creation)
Purchase standalone Tools (Timeline, Zerror, Setup) as one-time license activations
Access paid components or AI Adapters in TWOZERO HUB

Credit costs vary by operation type and complexity. Current pricing is available at twozero.ai/pricing.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits are purchased in advance (prepaid) and added to your account balance
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy (card payments) and supported cryptocurrency payment methods
For cryptocurrency payments, the credit amount is determined by the USD-equivalent value at the time of transaction confirmation

4.3 Credit Terms

Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash
Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service
Credit deductions are final once an operation is executed

4.4 Standalone Tool Purchases

Standalone Tools (such as Timeline, Zerror, and Setup) are purchased as one-time license activations deducted from your credit balance. Once activated, the license is permanent and does not require ongoing credit expenditure. Tool licenses are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and operation costs with 30 days notice to existing users. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 General Prohibitions

You agree NOT to use any part of the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Spam, harass, or harm others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our systems, APIs, or MCP endpoints
Resell access, share account credentials, or redistribute licenses without authorization
Circumvent or disable any content filtering, rate limiting, or safety measures
Use automated systems to make excessive or abusive requests to the Service (including MCP endpoints)

5.2 MCP and Code Generation

When using TWOZERO MCP or any code generation features, you additionally agree NOT to:

Generate code intended to cause harm, exploit vulnerabilities, or create malicious software
Use generated patches or components to circumvent software licensing or copy protection
Redistribute generated components or patches as your own product or service in competition with TWOZERO
Share your MCP access credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties
Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in patterns designed to abuse the credit system

5.3 Human Likeness and Identity Protections

When using TWOZERO APP or any visual content generation features, you specifically agree NOT to:

Generate realistic depictions of identifiable real persons without their explicit, documented consent
Create deepfakes, face swaps, or synthetic media that impersonates real individuals
Generate non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any person (real or fictional)
Create content that places real individuals in false, defamatory, or compromising contexts
Generate voice clones or audio impersonations of real persons without consent
Use reference images of real people to create derivative content without their permission

Consent Requirements:

If you generate content depicting a specific, identifiable real person, you represent and warrant that:

You have obtained explicit written consent from that individual
The consent covers the specific type of content being generated
You will retain proof of consent and provide it upon our request
The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

5.4 Minor Protection

The following are strictly prohibited without exception:

Any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate content depicting minors
Content that could be used to exploit, groom, or harm minors
Generation of realistic images of identifiable minors without parental/guardian consent

5.5 Additional Prohibited Content

Content promoting terrorism, violence, or illegal activities
Hate speech or content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
Malware, phishing content, or materials designed to deceive
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.6 Standalone Tools

For standalone Tools (Timeline, Zerror, Setup), you agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the tool software
Share, transfer, or sublicense your tool license to third parties
Use the tools in a manner that circumvents their intended functionality

5.7 Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Review content and usage patterns for compliance with these Terms
Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without refund
Report illegal content or activity to appropriate authorities
Implement automated content filtering, rate limiting, and moderation systems
Revoke tool licenses in cases of Terms violation

6. Content Moderation

6.1 Private Content

For content in your Private Workspace (APP) or local environment (MCP, Tools):

We apply content safety filters at the creation stage in TWOZERO APP
Automated systems may block certain prohibited prompts
We do not actively monitor or review private content
For MCP and standalone Tools, outputs are generated locally and are not monitored by us
You are solely responsible for your private and locally generated content

You acknowledge that all generated content is your responsibility to manage, review, and if necessary, delete.

6.2 Curated Public Feed

The TWOZERO APP public feed is fully curated. For content submitted for publication:

Every submission is reviewed before publication
Reviews are conducted by our team, with automated screening assistance
We reserve the absolute right to reject any publication request without explanation
Only content that passes our review process will be visible to other users
The public feed is not an open platform; it is an editorially curated selection

Content Publication Standards (for public feed):

No prohibited content as defined in Section 5
No sexually explicit or NSFW content
No hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material
No content depicting violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
No content that could be used for harassment or harm
No unauthorized depictions of real individuals

6.3 AI-Generated Content Labeling

Content created through TWOZERO APP:

Is marked with metadata identifying it as AI-generated where technically feasible
Should be disclosed as AI-generated when shared publicly by users
May contain invisible watermarks for provenance tracking

Content generated via MCP (TouchDesigner patches and code) is created locally and is not watermarked or labeled by us. You are responsible for disclosing the use of AI-generated code where required.

6.4 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your use of all Service components complies with all applicable laws
Obtaining necessary consents before generating content depicting real individuals
Properly disclosing AI-generated content when required by law or platform policies
Not removing or altering AI-generation metadata or watermarks on APP-generated content
Reviewing all generated outputs (visual content, code, patches) before use in production
Ensuring MCP-generated patches and code are tested and safe before deployment

7. Content Disclaimer

7.1 Tool Provider Status

TWOZERO provides creative production tools with integrated content safety systems where applicable. We are not a publisher or distributor of user-created content in private workspaces or local environments.

For private and locally generated content:

We do not monitor individual generation or MCP requests
We are not responsible for content users create privately or locally
Users bear full responsibility for their private creations and locally generated code

7.2 Output Quality and Limitations

Service outputs may be:

Inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for certain purposes
Subject to the limitations of underlying AI models
In the case of MCP-generated code: potentially non-functional, requiring debugging, or incompatible with specific TouchDesigner versions

We do not guarantee:

Specific output quality, accuracy, or functionality
Suitability for any particular purpose, including production use
That outputs will not inadvertently resemble copyrighted works or existing code
That MCP-generated patches will function correctly without user review and testing

We encourage users to review and test all generated content and code before use.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts, inputs, and reference materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials uploaded to the Service.

8.2 Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated through your use of the Service (including visual content from APP, code and patches from MCP, and any other generated materials) for commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that:

The content was generated in compliance with these Terms
You have obtained any necessary third-party consents
The content does not infringe on others' intellectual property or personality rights

8.3 Our Service

TWOZERO, including its software, MCP endpoints, tools, component libraries, design system, and documentation, remains our exclusive property. Your license to use standalone Tools is limited to personal or professional use as specified in Section 4.4.

8.4 AI Output Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content (visual, code, or otherwise) may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected materials
TWOZERO does not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of any generated outputs
You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and code before use to ensure it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
TWOZERO is not liable for any claims arising from the similarity of generated content to existing protected works or code

We recommend conducting appropriate due diligence before using generated content or code commercially.

8.5 Public Content License

By submitting content for publication on the curated public feed, you grant TWOZERO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform and marketing materials. You may request removal of published content at any time.

9. Refund Policy

For complete details, see our Refund Policy. Key points:

Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Credits never expire and cannot be transferred between accounts
If an operation fails due to our technical error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance
Activated standalone Tool licenses are non-refundable
For cryptocurrency purchases, refunds are issued as credits to your account balance, not as cryptocurrency returns
We do not provide refunds for used credits, dissatisfaction with output quality, or account termination due to Terms violation

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
Third-party service disruptions
Force majeure events

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
We are not liable for user-generated content in private workspaces

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWOZERO and its affiliates from claims arising from:

Your use of the Service
Content you generate or upload
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including personality and publicity rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may close your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with or without notice depending on severity.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to MCP, APP, and HUB ceases
Private content stored in TWOZERO APP may be deleted
Published content may remain visible or be removed at our discretion
Credits are forfeited
Standalone Tool licenses remain functional for locally installed tools but receive no further updates or support
Locally generated content (MCP patches, files) remains on your systems

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
