This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and describes prohibited activities when using any part of the TWOZERO Service, including TWOZERO APP, TWOZERO MCP, TWOZERO HUB, and TWOZERO Rudiments. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. General Prohibitions
You may NOT use any part of the TWOZERO Service to:
- Generate illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activities
- Create spam, malware, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other individuals
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access control, or rate limiting features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems or the TWOZERO plugin, except to the extent applicable law allows this and does not let us exclude it by contract
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to our Service without authorization
- Overload our infrastructure or engage in denial-of-service attacks
- Access accounts or data belonging to others without authorization
- Share, transfer, or sublicense your subscription access or account credentials to third parties
2. Plugin, MCP and API Usage
When using the TWOZERO plugin, TWOZERO MCP or any programmatic access to the Service, you additionally agree NOT to:
- Generate code intended to cause harm, exploit vulnerabilities, or create malicious software
- Use generated patches or components to circumvent software licensing or copy protection in any software
- Make excessive or abusive requests designed to drain credits, overload systems, or extract proprietary logic
- Redistribute generated components or patches as a competing product or service
- Share your account credentials or your access key with unauthorized third parties
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from our servers
- Attempt to reconstruct our component library or Rudiments through systematic downloading or querying
3. Human Likeness and Identity Protections
When using TWOZERO APP or any visual/audio content generation features:
3.1 Prohibited Uses
- Generating realistic depictions of identifiable real persons without their explicit, documented consent
- Creating synthetic media that misrepresents or impersonates real individuals
- Generating intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent
- Generating sexually explicit content in any generation, private or public
- Creating content that places real individuals in false, defamatory, or compromising contexts
- Generating audio content impersonating real persons without consent
- Using reference images of real people to create derivative content without their permission
3.2 Consent Requirements
If you generate content depicting a specific, identifiable real person, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained explicit written consent from that individual
- The consent covers the specific type of content being generated
- You will retain proof of consent and provide it upon our request
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
4. Minor Protection
The following are strictly prohibited without exception:
- Any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate content depicting minors (persons under 18 years old)
- Content that could be used to exploit, groom, or harm minors
- Generation of realistic images of identifiable minors without parental/guardian consent
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers children in any way
Zero Tolerance: Violations of minor protection rules result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Prohibited Content Categories
The following content is prohibited across all Service components:
5.1 Violence and Harm
- Realistic depictions of extreme violence, gore, or torture
- Content promoting or glorifying violence against individuals or groups
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances
- Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
5.2 Hate and Discrimination
- Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Slurs, dehumanizing language, or discriminatory stereotypes
- Symbols or imagery associated with hate groups
5.3 Terrorism and Extremism
- Content promoting terrorist organizations or ideologies
- Recruitment materials for extremist groups
- Glorification of terrorist acts or perpetrators
5.4 Fraud and Deception
- Content designed to deceive or defraud others
- Fake news or disinformation intended to mislead
- Impersonation of brands, organizations, or public figures for fraudulent purposes
- Phishing or social engineering content
6. Rudiments
Rudiments are delivered as open TouchDesigner networks: opening them, reading them and adapting them inside your own projects is what they are for. What you agree NOT to do is:
- Redistribute, resell, or publish a rudiment, or a modified version of one, as a component or product of your own
- Share, transfer, or sublicense your access, or pass the files of a PRO rudiment to people who do not have their own subscription, except inside a project delivered to a client under Section 4.4 of the Terms of Service
- Use a PRO rudiment in a new project after your subscription has ended, or otherwise get around the subscription that opens it
PRO rudiments you took while your subscription was active stay licensed for the projects you used them in, also after the subscription ends. Free rudiments are not affected (Terms of Service, Section 4.4).
Some rudiments include third-party code or models. Those parts stay under their own licenses. Nothing in this policy limits the rights those licenses give you (Terms of Service, Section 4.4).
7. Curated Public Feed Standards
Content on the TWOZERO APP curated feed must additionally comply with:
- No sexually explicit or NSFW content
- No content that could be considered offensive to general audiences
- No unauthorized depictions of real individuals
- No content that could facilitate harassment or harm
The public feed is curated: our team selects everything on it and may remove any content at its sole discretion. If we remove content you uploaded or submitted, we tell you why and how to appeal (Section 8.3).
8. Enforcement
8.1 Safety Systems
We employ safety measures appropriate to each Service component:
- TWOZERO APP: Team curation of the public feed
- TWOZERO MCP: Runs inside the plugin on your machine. MCP itself is free and does not spend credits. ZOPs your agent starts through MCP are paid AI operations and spend credits like any other ZOP (Terms of Service, Section 4.1). For MCP itself we receive only the daily usage counts described in our Privacy Policy, which are not linked to your account
- Our servers: Content safety filters at creation, rate limits, and credit balance checks before each generation in TWOZERO APP and in ZOPs that run on our servers
- TWOZERO Rudiments: Subscription check when you download a PRO rudiment or add it to your HUB Cloud
- Reports of violations sent to abuse@twozero.ai (Section 9)
8.2 Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content Removal: Removal of violating content we store, including content in APP and HUB Cloud. If we remove content you uploaded, we tell you why and how to appeal (Section 8.3)
- Access Restriction: Temporary suspension of specific Service components (plugin sign-in, APP, HUB Cloud)
- Account Termination: Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
- Library Access: Removal of access to the Rudiments library for serious or repeated violations of Section 5.6 of the Terms of Service. If we remove it, we cancel your PRO subscription so you are not charged again
- Legal Action: Reporting to authorities for illegal content or activity
While your account or part of the Service is suspended, your credits stay on your balance and your subscription is not canceled (Terms of Service, Section 13.2).
If we terminate your account for a breach involving fraud, payment abuse or unlawful use, we may withhold and forfeit remaining credits. In any other case we refund the unused value of your Purchased Credits, as described in Section 13 of the Terms of Service. Terminating your account cancels your PRO subscription, and access to the Rudiments library ends with the account.
8.3 Appeals
If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@twozero.ai. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days.
9. Reporting Violations
To report content that violates this policy:
- Email: abuse@twozero.ai
- Include: Description of violation, relevant URLs or content IDs, your contact information
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP. If a change is material, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can close your account or cancel your subscription before then, and we refund the unused value of your Purchased Credits (Terms of Service, Section 14).
