This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and describes prohibited activities when using any part of the TWOZERO Service, including TWOZERO APP, TWOZERO MCP, TWOZERO HUB, and standalone Tools. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. General Prohibitions
You may NOT use any part of the TWOZERO Service to:
- Generate illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activities
- Create spam, malware, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other individuals
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access control, or rate limiting features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems, MCP endpoints, or standalone tools
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to our Service without authorization
- Overload our infrastructure or engage in denial-of-service attacks
- Access accounts or data belonging to others without authorization
- Share, transfer, or sublicense your tool licenses or account credentials to third parties
2. MCP and API Usage
When using TWOZERO MCP or any programmatic access to the Service, you additionally agree NOT to:
- Generate code intended to cause harm, exploit vulnerabilities, or create malicious software
- Use generated patches or components to circumvent software licensing or copy protection in any software
- Make excessive or abusive requests designed to drain credits, overload systems, or extract proprietary logic
- Redistribute generated components or patches as a competing product or service
- Share your MCP access credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from our MCP endpoints
- Attempt to reconstruct our proprietary patch generation logic or component library through systematic querying
3. Human Likeness and Identity Protections
When using TWOZERO APP or any visual/audio content generation features:
3.1 Prohibited Uses
- Generating realistic depictions of identifiable real persons without their explicit, documented consent
- Creating synthetic media that misrepresents or impersonates real individuals
- Generating non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any person
- Creating content that places real individuals in false, defamatory, or compromising contexts
- Generating audio content impersonating real persons without consent
- Using reference images of real people to create derivative content without their permission
3.2 Consent Requirements
If you generate content depicting a specific, identifiable real person, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained explicit written consent from that individual
- The consent covers the specific type of content being generated
- You will retain proof of consent and provide it upon our request
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
4. Minor Protection
The following are strictly prohibited without exception:
- Any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate content depicting minors (persons under 18 years old)
- Content that could be used to exploit, groom, or harm minors
- Generation of realistic images of identifiable minors without parental/guardian consent
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers children in any way
Zero Tolerance: Violations of minor protection rules result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Prohibited Content Categories
The following content is prohibited across all Service components:
5.1 Violence and Harm
- Realistic depictions of extreme violence, gore, or torture
- Content promoting or glorifying violence against individuals or groups
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances
- Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
5.2 Hate and Discrimination
- Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Slurs, dehumanizing language, or discriminatory stereotypes
- Symbols or imagery associated with hate groups
5.3 Terrorism and Extremism
- Content promoting terrorist organizations or ideologies
- Recruitment materials for extremist groups
- Glorification of terrorist acts or perpetrators
5.4 Fraud and Deception
- Content designed to deceive or defraud others
- Fake news or disinformation intended to mislead
- Impersonation of brands, organizations, or public figures for fraudulent purposes
- Phishing or social engineering content
6. Standalone Tool Usage
For standalone Tools (Timeline, Zerror, Setup), you agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the tool software
- Share, transfer, or sublicense your tool license to third parties
- Use the tools to circumvent their intended functionality or licensing
- Distribute modified versions of the tools
7. Curated Public Feed Standards
Content submitted for publication on the TWOZERO APP curated feed must additionally comply with:
- No sexually explicit or NSFW content
- No content that could be considered offensive to general audiences
- No unauthorized depictions of real individuals
- No content that could facilitate harassment or harm
The public feed is curated: we review every submission and may reject any content at our sole discretion.
8. Enforcement
8.1 Safety Systems
We employ safety measures appropriate to each Service component:
- TWOZERO APP: Content safety filters at creation, automated screening for publication submissions, team review of every publication request
- TWOZERO MCP: Rate limiting, usage pattern monitoring, credit abuse detection
- TWOZERO Tools: License validation and activation monitoring
- User reports and community flagging mechanisms
8.2 Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content Removal: Removal of violating content from APP
- Access Restriction: Temporary suspension of specific Service components (MCP, APP, HUB)
- Account Termination: Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
- License Revocation: Revocation of standalone tool licenses in cases of serious abuse
- Legal Action: Reporting to authorities for illegal content or activity
Terminated accounts forfeit all unused credits and may lose access to activated tool licenses without refund.
6.3 Appeals
If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@twozero.ai. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days.
7. Reporting Violations
To report content that violates this policy:
- Email: abuse@twozero.ai
- Include: Description of violation, relevant URLs or content IDs, your contact information
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
