Refund Policy

Overview

TWOZERO uses a unified credit system across all Service components: TWOZERO APP (content generation), TWOZERO MCP (AI-assisted patch creation), TWOZERO HUB (component library), and standalone Tools (Timeline, Zerror, Setup). This policy explains when and how refunds are available for each.

Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased via card (processed by Lemon Squeezy) or cryptocurrency. When you purchase credits:

  • Credits are added to your account immediately (for card payments) or upon transaction confirmation (for cryptocurrency)
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Credits are consumed by all Service components from a single balance

Eligible for Refund

Unused Credits (14-Day Window)

You may request a full refund of a card payment within 14 days of purchase if:

  • ✓ No credits from that purchase have been used (across any Service component)
  • ✓ Your account is in good standing
  • ✓ This is not a repeated refund request pattern

Technical Failures (APP and MCP)

If an APP generation or MCP request fails due to our system error:

  • ✓ Credits are automatically refunded to your balance
  • ✓ No action required from you
  • ✓ Refund appears within minutes

Service Unavailability

If our service experiences extended downtime (>24 hours):

  • ✓ Affected users may receive credit compensation
  • ✓ Announced via email or dashboard

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • ✗ Credits that have been used (across any Service component)
  • ✗ Dissatisfaction with output quality or results (APP generations, MCP outputs)
  • ✗ Change of mind after using credits
  • ✗ Activated standalone Tool licenses (Timeline, Zerror, Setup)
  • ✗ Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
  • ✗ Requests made after 14 days from purchase

Standalone Tool Purchases

Standalone Tools are purchased as one-time license activations from your credit balance. Once a Tool license is activated:

  • ✗ The activation is non-refundable
  • ✗ Credits spent on activation cannot be restored

If a Tool fails to activate due to a technical error on our side, contact hello@twozero.ai and we will resolve the issue or refund the credits to your balance.

Cryptocurrency Purchases

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions:

  • ✗ Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable to the original wallet
  • ✓ If eligible for a refund, the equivalent value will be credited back to your TWOZERO account balance
  • ✓ Technical failure refunds work the same as card payments (automatic credit restoration)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@twozero.ai with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include:
    • Your account email
    • Purchase date, amount, and payment method
    • Reason for refund request
  3. We will respond within 3 business days

Refund Processing

  • Card refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  • Crypto refunds: Credited to your TWOZERO account balance (not returned as cryptocurrency)
  • Technical failure refunds: Immediate credit restoration to your balance
