TWOZERO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for reporting and responding to alleged copyright and intellectual property infringement across all Service components (APP, MCP, HUB, and standalone Tools).
TWOZERO is operated by SETUP DESIGN DMCC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy is governed by the copyright laws of the UAE (Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights) as the primary jurisdiction. For users in the United States, we additionally follow procedures consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. 512).
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through any part of the TWOZERO Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL, content ID, component name, or description of the MCP-generated output)
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature

3. Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- If valid, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material on our platform
- Notify the user associated with the content of the takedown
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice (with personal contact information redacted)
For content generated via MCP that exists only on the user's local machine, we cannot directly remove the material. In such cases, we will notify the user and may suspend their access to relevant Service components.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE (or, for US residents, the federal court in your district)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Counter-Notification Process
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- The complainant has 10 business days to notify us of legal action
- If no legal action is filed, we will restore the material within 10-14 business days
- If legal action is filed, the material will remain disabled pending resolution
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
TWOZERO maintains a policy for terminating accounts of repeat infringers:
- First Violation: Warning and content removal
- Second Violation: 30-day account suspension
- Third Violation: Permanent account termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts after a single violation in cases of willful or egregious infringement.
7. Misrepresentation
Warning: Filing a knowingly false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under applicable law, including UAE copyright law and (for US-related claims) Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Please ensure your notice or counter-notification is accurate before submitting.
8. AI-Generated Content Considerations
TWOZERO generates content through AI systems across multiple Service components. Please note:
- APP (visual content): AI-generated images, video, and audio may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
- MCP (code/patches): AI-generated TouchDesigner patches and code may incorporate patterns similar to existing work. Users are responsible for reviewing generated code and ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights.
- HUB (components): Components in the library are curated by our team. If you believe a component infringes your rights, follow the notice procedure above.
We will process infringement notices for AI-generated content in the same manner as user-uploaded content. If you believe content generated through our Service infringes your intellectual property, please include specific details about the similarity in your notice.
9. Good Faith Cooperation
TWOZERO acts in good faith to protect the rights of intellectual property holders while respecting the rights of our users. We encourage rights holders to:
- Contact users directly when possible to resolve disputes
- Consider whether fair use or fair dealing may apply before submitting a takedown notice
- Provide accurate and complete information in all notices
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For users in the United States, procedures in this policy are additionally designed to comply with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512). In the event of conflict, UAE law shall prevail.
