For most work, yes. Some models charge by what you ask for — video length and resolution, for example — so the final amount is computed from your actual inputs when the job runs. That is why the estimate carries a tilde.
Any time, from your account settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and credits you bought remain yours.
An agent you already use — Claude Code or Cursor — on your own plan or API key. The toolkit and MCP are free forever; we never bill for MCP.
