Cookie Policy

What we set

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Some are required to run the product. Others help us measure how the product is used so we can improve it. You decide whether optional analytics (PostHog) runs.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• tz_auth - keeps you signed in across our domains. It holds your account ID, access key, username, email address, avatar link, roles, staff status and plan. It also records which version of our legal terms you accepted and whether you still need to accept a newer one. 1 year.
• tz_signed_out - remembers that you signed out, so our other domain does not sign you back in. 30 days.
• tz_cookie_consent - remembers your choice in the cookie banner across our domains, so twozero.ai and app.twozero.ai ask once. 1 year from the day you choose.
• Local and session storage in your browser for the product to work: your signed-in profile, your cookie choice, open generation sessions, prompt drafts, pending payments and top-ups, and interface preferences such as layout and favorite models. Signing out removes your profile. Session storage clears when you close the tab. The rest stays until you clear it.

Cookie-free statistics (always on)

• Plausible - counts visits in aggregate on all our pages. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Analytics (only with your consent)

• PostHog - product analytics. Captures pageviews, clicks, heatmaps and performance metrics so we can see what works, with the account and payment details listed in our Privacy Policy, Section 6. Hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). Disabled by default until you click Accept. After you accept, it keeps an ID in a ph_ cookie for 1 year and in local storage until you clear it. Whether you accept or reject, PostHog stores that choice in local storage, so it stays off after you reject.

Your choices

Click Reject and PostHog stays off in your browser. Click Accept and we record that consent. This is the only time we ask: the same answer covers the analytics our servers record, and when you are signed in it is saved to your account, so payments and the TouchDesigner plugin follow it too. Without consent, those server events are counted anonymously and never linked to you. We never send your email address to analytics.

You can change your mind any time in your account settings, or with the button below - it reopens the banner so you can pick again.
